Acceptance of Terms

Users are responsible for ensuring that the name registered on the platform account is identical to the name of the account holder or digital wallet used for transactions. Name mismatches are a common reason for delays or rejections in withdrawal processing. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate data provided by the user.

All confirmed deposits are final and cannot be reversed. In cases where an account is closed due to a proven violation, the platform reserves the right to determine that any remaining balance is non-refundable if that balance was obtained through means that breach these terms. Conversely, for voluntary closures with no violations, any valid balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
